During the Account Executive phase, you will gain foundational product knowledge, learn proven marketing strategies, and understand the compliance requirements associated with our partnerships. As the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers, delivering exceptional customer service is a key responsibility in this role.

During the Corporate Trainer phase, you will take on a leadership role, guiding and mentoring Account Executives in implementing our award-winning system. You will also manage several in-store marketing campaigns across the city and play a key role in conducting second-round interviews, where you’ll educate potential employees about our work with Fortune 500 clients.

The Assistant Director position involves a higher level of responsibility, with a focus on managing key internal operations within the company. In this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our financial processes, including banking, budgeting, and payroll management. Additionally, you will collaborate directly with clients to devise and implement strategies for market expansion. As our globally recognized clients look to extend their products into new markets, the Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring these expansion efforts are executed effectively, driving growth and aligning with client objectives.

The Director is responsible for leading and managing in-store marketing campaigns across their designated region, ensuring that each campaign effectively reinforces a positive brand image and drives customer engagement. This role involves closely monitoring employee performance to ensure alignment with company standards, client expectations, and the specific requirements of the retail locations where campaigns are executed. Additionally, the Director plays a key role in fostering a high-performing team, as we prioritize promoting from within. By developing talent from entry-level positions, we maintain a strong leadership pipeline that consistently delivers exceptional results year after year.
